To change or to die? In order to survive and continue to grow in today's challenging fast changing environment, one of the important competitive edges is the ability to adapt to the changing enivronment. However, most organisations are reluctant to change; even for those who realise the need to change, they do not know where to start, it is not uncommon to see well-meaning change programs that fail miserably. Our proprietary SEVEN BOXES MODEL has helped many organisations in Hong Kong to do just that successfully.
Why the SEVEN BOXES MODEL?
Unlike conventional consulting, solution based on our SEVEN BOXES MODEL is a evoluation rather than revoluation. Thus, it is much easier for all levels in the organisation to integrate the changes into their culture. Clients utilising solutions derived from our SEVEN BOXES MODEL can often increases productivity and profitability per employee dramatically while enhances employee engagement.
Where to start?
Through the SEVEN BOXES MODEL – which is a 3-dimensional diagnosis that assess an organisation's seven key areas (as shown in the following diagram) of organisation development, we help organisation's to design strategy and learning programs that fits their culture and enable them to be more responsive to external challenges, thus building the foundation for sustainable growth.

What are the common pitfalls of training for employees in Hong Kong?
Generally, corporate training is not designed for adult learners. Even when employees receive the right training, it is often too late. Or, they may receive training that is irrelevant to their work environment. This is why employers cannot identify the benefits of training and thus regard it as a cost.
Why do people learn in organisation?
Like human beings, an organisation learns for a purpose and lives for a meaning. The meaning may be in its values and vision, and the purpose in its mission and objectives. Yet, it is often found that organisations fail to achieve their strategic objectives because they are let down by their execution. To remedy, organisations must mend the disconnection between meaning, management and measurement.
How you can do better?
After the Organisational Diagnosis, we assist growth enterprises in improving organisational performance by adopting a consulting framework. The framework focuses on enterprise's vision, mission and value as an overriding performance indicator, and encompasses learning strategy, performance measurement and management, which are essential ingredients for successful execution.
